At Hero Eco Med, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with reliable delivery services and a hassle-free replacement process. Please read our delivery and returns or replacement policy to understand how we handle orders, shipping, and returns.

Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation and payment.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase and a tracking number once your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically:
    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
    • Non-Metro Locations: 5-7 business days
    • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, public holidays, or courier service issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout and depend on the destination and product weight/size.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified value (if applicable).

4. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Hero Eco Med is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

5. Order Tracking

Returns/Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility for Replacement

  • We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement in case of a major damage.

    To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges i.e getting another item/model for some other item requested for replacement is not possible. Same model will be given on replecement.

    Replacements are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
    • Packed in its original packaging, including tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).
    • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or mishandling.

3. Return/Replacement Process

  • To initiate a return, email us at wecare@heroeco.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the product.

    If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • In cases of defective or incorrect items, Hero Eco Med will arrange for a free pickup.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product passes our quality inspection, if replacement is not possible.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval, if replacement is not possible.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, if applicable, and let you know if the refund is possible if approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
