Hero Eco Med is a healthcare equipment manufacturer and is engaged in delivering quality medical equipment’s for individual and institutional requirements. Our product design and equipment manufacturing prowess meets Global Standards that caters to the growing Indian market in addition to worldwide exports. The product range comprises of medical mobility assistance or rehab range like wheel chairs, electric wheel chairs, walkers, walking sticks and standard products (bath safety, ward equipment and beds) both for home use or hospitals and clinics.

We are wholly owned subsidiary of the Hero Eco Group, which has interest in diversified business sectors like Bicycles, Electric Vehicles, Healthcare, Exports and Real Estate. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located in Ludhiana under the aegis of Hero Ecotech Limited. The facility is ISO-9000 Certified unit and the products meet International Standards in Medical Equipment’s category.

Manufacturing Plant Facilities

STATE-OF-THE-ART MANUFACTURING FACILTY

  1. Fully automatic anodizing plant in Ludhiana.
  2. Large anodizing bath (3700*4) with a daily capacity of 3000 sq./ft.
  3. In-house lab for control and maintaining bath chemical concentration and quality.
  4. Fume and dust-free environment for better quality.
  5. Final quality testing, i.e., coating thickness, sealing, insulation test, etc.
  6. Coating thickness of 50-60 microns.
  7. High resistance to mechanical damage.
  8. Natural silver with a matte finish. Additional colors available on order.

Magic happens on our State-of-the-art manufacturing unit

In 2007, HERO ECO MED initiated its own manufacturing for Rehabilitation Aids and Mobility Equipment at Mangli, Ludhiana. The critical mechanical parts are developed by our R&D team and after fabrication all metal parts are pre-treated and powder coated with Nano technology, to make them last long. In house paint shop to monitor the quality and provide tailor-made solutions. Assembly line is partially automated with audio-visual controls and robotic welding technology. We have stringent quality controls with in house testing labs to deliver precise equipment.
