To ensure you are fully satisfied with the product and experience, we will require 2 – 3 working days to process your order on placing it and 5 – 7 working days to have it delivered to your doorstop. Working days do not include – Saturday / Sunday or any national holiday. At times in case of transport strikes, please consider it as non working days.
To ensure delivery on time, we urge our friends for timely advance payments. We do not have cash on delivery payment service and we only take 100% advance payments currently from our retail customers. For more on payments and refund do go through our return and refund policies.
If due to any reason, you receive damaged item, please do inform to us immediately on receipt. We are more than welcoming to receive images showcasing the damage. It will only help our quality team to address your grievances quicker.
