Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns

We only accept returns of orders by customers in case the order does not reach them or customer receives totally damaged item, where repair is also not possible. Apart from that, we do not take returns after invoice is generated, billing being done and order being dispatched or delivered.

Product/s being returned / sent for exchange must be in their original condition, no damage or scratches. The packaging should be as received. Products without their packaging bags, box & tags will not be accepted. Any Defect in product, cost to be borne by the customer. 

To quicken the process and service provided by us, we request you to mention your order number, matter of concern, what product and model number.

To request for your return you may write to us at wecare@heroeco.com. Our team will get in touch with you within 72 hours of receiving the email on working days (Monday – Friday) between 9 am to 5 pm. You can also contact by Call / WhatsApp at +91 9289142549.

Return on any item that is customized to your size on your request, to an existing size or a new piece, cannot be returned. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at the given email or mobile number.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Orders payed for in advance, can either be refunded to your bank account under the same name as the purchaser.  

For orders you place using the card, we will reverse the transaction on the same card that was used for purchase.

All refunds will take a minimum of 7-10 working days to reflect in your account / card, whichever applicable.

We trust you, but just to ensure our quality team gets to do their fair share of checks, we request you to allow us time to refund till the products returned to us are quality checked for the concern that made your experience unsatisfactory.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Non Adherence of Return Policy

At Hero Eco Med (Mediva), we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. Incase of any step left while returning a product, we request you to please follow the below for a smooth and efficient process:

  1. Return shipping costs: If a return is not in accordance with our return guidelines, the shipping costs to send the product back to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.
