Z-7001 is an intensive care clinical Bed with electrical positioning system. This bed has actuator controlled system that comes with 2 hand-sets – one for the user and other one for the caregiver. It can perform multiple adjustments like it raises the back support up to 70°, perform knee-rest variation up to 45°, adjust bed in Trendelenburg position up to 12° and Reverse Trendelenburg position up to 12° and auto-regression for backrest.

The powerful actuator is noise free and functions smoothly to provide maximum comfort with safe movement speed. The actuator is IP-67 compliant, hence safe from dust and water ingress and keep the bed functionality intact even in case of spillage of fluids. During the backrest raise, there will be a pause of 2 seconds at 30° backrest. This clinically significant pause is highly recommended by the doctors as it reduces pressure on lungs and supports breathing.

The Bed provides an examination height of 740 mm provides high degree of comfort to patient, doctor and nursing staff. Its transport height of 640 mm is optimal for maneuvering with safety of patient and support staff.

This bed is equipped with polymer head and foot bows that adds the comfort and aesthetics. It comes with Polymer split railings system consisting of two pairs of railings for extra safety for the user. The railings are fitted with light and sturdy aluminum brackets with polymer levers to engage and disengage the railings.

It is equipped with a dedicated key for cardiac chair positioning and another dedicated key for CPR positioning. There is also a manual CPR system for emergency situations and battery backup for continuous operations even in power failures.

It has provision for placing the I.V. rod on all 4 corners for the ease of nursing staff and patient. The structure of the bed is made for ease of cleaning and maintenance of hygiene. Its gives workload capacity of 250 Kgs.

It comes with two mattress options, 100mm or 135 mm thickness that are durable, long-lasting, rotatable and 40-density. Incisions in the mattress adopts well to the bed positions with maximum comfort to the user. The PU coated elastic cover has concealed zip one on narrow side and both long sides. Mattress cover is made of Lycra fabric, which is stretchable, anti-microbial and breathable.
